Q- Why am I going to be charged in 14 days, I thought this was a free sample?

A: Our 14-Day Trial offer is not a sample. Every order consists of a full-sized 15ml tube to try for 14 days. In order to not be charged at the end of the trial period, you must return the tube of Yalmeh® Super Youth® Eye Cream. You don’t need to return the original box and packaging. If you keep the product beyond the 14 days, you will be charged the full price of $24.95.

Q- How do I cancel my account? 

A: For your convenience, here is how to cancel your Super Youth® Eye Cream account. You can email us 24/7 at Support@YalmehNaturals.com.  Subject line “Cancel” . Please make sure to include the first and last name that appears on your account, as well as your zip code to ensure speedy service.

Q-How do I return the product?

A:Contact our friendly customer service department by email 24/7 at Support@YalmehNaturals.com  with the subject line “Returns”. Our customer support team will give you detailed instructions on how to return your order.

Q- Am I enrolled in an auto-replenishment?

A: Yes. Once the 14-day trial period is over, you are automatically enrolled in our Yalmeh® Auto-Replenishment program. This program allows you to receive Yalmeh® Super Youth® Eye Cream at the discounted price of $24.95 for Domestic USA customers and $24.95 plus shipping cost for International customers, every 30 days. Q- Do you send a prepaid envelope so I can return the product?

A: We do not provide prepaid postage to return the product. We recommend sending a padded envelope from the U.S. Postal Service via First Class Mail with Tracking Information.

Q- How long will it take for me to see a refund?

A: Refunds are determined by the banks. Once we receive your return, we will instantly issue your refund. After this, you can expect to see your refund in 3-5 business days if your bank is located in the United States, and 3-14 business days if you’re using an international bank.

Q- What if I can’t find my order?

Q- I am a smoker…will Super Youth® still work for me?

A: Yes, Super Youth® is still effective for people who smoke. However, we do recommend eliminating the use of tobacco as smoking dramatically decreases the production of collagen, causing wrinkles to form easier.

Q- How come Super Youth® Eye Cream it doesn’t contain SPF?

A: We understand the importance of sun protection, as sun damage is the leading cause of accelerated aging. With that said, it was crucial for us to leave SPF out of Super Youth® active ingredients because the chemicals in SPF would interfere with the potent antioxidants found in Super Youth®. *For best results, we recommend applying a SPF cream AFTER applying Super Youth® eye cream and allowing your skin to fully absorb the Super Youth® eye cream.

Q- Does this product contain any preservatives? Examples are DMDM, diazolidinyl urea, Methylisothiazolinone and Quaternium -15?

A. The product does not have any of those ingredients. These are the preservatives included: Sclerotium Gum, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol. I hope that answers your question.

Q-  Is this eye cream only for women, or does it work well for men as well?

A. This product was designed with the eye and the skin around it in mind, because of this it would work as well for men as for women. After all, problems with the eyes occur in both sexes, not just one.

Q-  Are there any animal products used in this cream?

A. There are no animal products used in this cream or any of other Yalmeh Naturals. The ingredients in the cream are 100% plant based.

Q- I'm 25 years old, Could I use this eye cream?

A. Absolutely , it’s good anti aging preventive .

Q-  Is that okay to use Yalmeh Hyaluronic Acid Serum before applying this eye cream? 

A. Yes

Q- What is the expiration date for this product?

A. Cosmetics and skin care products do not have set expiration dates, as these will vary by when the product is opened, how the product is used, and how it is stored. Thus, skin care products bear what is known as the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol.

You will find our PAO labels at the lower left of the reverse-side of the packaging. For most of our products, they are stable 3 years unopened, and 12 months after opening.

Q- Does this eye cream contain caffeine?

A.It does not contain caffeine

Q- Can it be used on the eye lid?

A. You can put it on your finger and go over the whole eye area...lids, underneath etc.

Q- Is this cream good for oily skin? 

A. Yes it is.... It works on all types of skin and any age.

Q- Can you put this under the Yalmeh Night Face Moisturizer, or will the product be ineffective?

A. You can layer our products with other products. We would suggest that the Yalmeh Super Youth Eye cream be applied first, and then something over the top as that will allow the active ingredients in the Super Youth Eye Cream to be the first into the skin. Hope that answers your question.

Q- I have to stay late night working everyday and the next day I have dark circles under my eyes. Does this product helps me to erase them?

A. It would benefit you and decrease the darkness. However, the only thing that will help your situation is to get more sleep.

Q- Does it have a soft and thin consistency, or is it a heavy and thick cream?

A. It is actually a thinner consistency, doesn't feel heavy at all or oily. It is soft and medium..... You should only use a dab of the cream. A little goes a long way!!

Q- Does this cream have any chemical in it?

A. ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS- Yalmeh Eye Cream contains primarily natural ingredients.  The following ingredients have been added at a concentration of less than 1% to stabilize the other ingredients: Sodium Benzoate, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate and Benzyl Alchol.  These ingredients have been found to be safe and effective, particularly at such low concentrations.  We do not use toxic chemicals or cancer causing additives - no mineral oil, propylene glycol or paraben. We do not test our products on animals NEVER-EVER. The Aloe Vera based eye cream contains organic and natural oils, gels and extracts, as well as Grapeseed Oil and Vitamins E and C, and is an effective natural solution for all types of skin. 

Q- Do I need to use moisturizer cream after this eye cream?

A. It is not necessary.  However, some people  have found that using a moisturizer afterwards is helpful.  We recommend our Vitamin C Moisturizing Lotion or Super Youth Face Moisturizer.  If you are using the Eye Cream at night, we recommend using the Yalmeh Glorify Night Face Moisturizer afterwards.

Q- What time of day is better to use this cream?

A. You can either use it during the day or night. If you using it during the day and you are exposed to the sun make sure you apply sunscreen.

Q- Is this eye cream good for puffiness?

A. Yes it does help a bit but we recommend that you use our Glorify Eye Bright Gel for puffiness since it is designed for that purpose.

Q- What is the money back guarantee?

A. It is 90 days  but we don't think you are going to need that since it’s to so good and it works.

Q- Is this a gel or cream? 

A. It's a cream. However, if you are looking for the gel we do have amazing Eye Bright Gel that you can check HERE.  (add link of the eye gel)

Q- What does it smell like?

A. It is fragrance free. It doesn't have a strong smell. Smells like a mild hand lotion but not super perfumie. Just light & clean smelling.

Q- Can I use this under makeup? 

A. Yes... You can

Q- What color is the cream?

A. It is a white, non- greasy cream

Q- Can I use this cream for my neck area?

A. Yes. It mainly use for around  eyes. However, people also use it around the mouth, forehead and cheek area and have seen similar results in those areas.

Q- Is this product Gluten free?

A. Yes it is gluten free  as on the ingredients listed on the label, we don’t  use any  Gluten .

Q- Will this lighten my dark neck?

A. It mainly for dark circles under eyes. However, you still can try since we have some feedback from our customer who told us it worked well for their neck

Q- Sounds from the reviews, that people are using this product for their whole face. Is it an eye cream or a do it all cream?

A. It is formulated for eyes area. However, lots of our customers use this cream for the whole face and tell us the results are amazing.  

Q- Is it normal to receive the cream in a different package than the photo?

A. No, it is not unless we mention on our sales page that we are updating the packaging. Please contact our customer service if you feel you have received the wrong product.

Q- Is this product useful and fit for young ladies?

A. Yes , its work for all ages and skin types

Q- Can I use a foundation primer over Yalmeh Super Youth Eye Cream?

A: Yes you can.

Q- How often do you use this product and how long does it last?

A . You can use this eye cream A.M and P.M. You can do your regular make-up regime after it is applied. As for how long it will last, it depends on how often you use it. Let’s assume you use it every day twice a day one 15ml tube should last for about one month.

Q- Is this product scented?  If so, How strong is it and what does it smell like?

A .The cream is not scented. We use no added or artificial fragrance in any of our products.  We have lots of users that are sensitive to smells  and others with allergies who use this Cream. They have told us  it does not bother them. But since everyone is different, we encourage you to try it.  If you have any issues with the product, simply contact us for a refund.

Q- Does it contain mineral oil? 

A .  No

Q- Do I need to use both eye cream and eye gel? What is the different between them?

A . You don't have to use both, however, they work perfectly together. The Eye Gel is more for tightening and keeping crow's feet at bay, while the Eye Cream is best for dark circles and brightening the eye area.

Q-  Which product should I use first –the Gel and then the Eye Cream?

A . We recommend applying the Eye Gel first, and then following with the Super Youth Eye Cream. (Add the eye gel link here)

Q- What are the instructions if this accidentally goes in your eyes?

A . It shouldn't be an issue if it accidentally gets in the eye, however, it is best to be cautious and to flush with water if your eye is irritated.

Q- Do I still  need to apply a moisturizer after Yalmeh Super Youth Eye Cream?

A . It is not necessary to apply a moisturizer afterwards, but many have indicated they get better results by doing so.

Q- Does this cream contain Retinol?

A . No

Q- Does this cream work for creepy eyelids?

A . Yes

Q- My product doesn't smell or look like it used to. What happened?

A. The integrity of our products is very important to us and with each batch (and even throughout the use of the product once opened), the color and/or smell of our products can vary slightly. This is due to the variety of natural ingredients and antioxidants in each of our formulas, and that we do not add any artificial colorants or fragrances to maintain consistent colors or scents. Artificial fragrance is a proven irritant for the skin, so using this type of ingredient would render the rest of the formula almost useless. While variances can occur in the color or smell of our products, it doesn't necessarily mean that the product has become any less effective or has expired.

Q- Does Yalmeh ship to my country?

A. We do! Your convenience is our priority so we ship worldwide.

Q- When will my package ship (non-holidays)?

A. It takes us 2-4 business days to process and ship your order. Once your goodies have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Because we ship worldwide, customs may cause a package to take longer to arrive than usual; we recommend tracking your order.

Q- My package has shipped, how much long until it arrives?

A. After receiving a confirmation email, the time of delivery will vary depending on the destination. We estimate that shipping times for the United States, Canada and International destinations are as follows:

Q- How can I track my package?

A.  All U.S. orders will be provided with a tracking number. For international orders, USPS Priority International and USPS Express International mail will provide a tracking number. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and tracking number***. To track your package, follow the link provided in your confirmation email. You can also visit the United States Postal Service at www.usps.com and enter your tracking number there! 

***If you don’t see your country on the list above, don’t worry we can still ship to you but you will not be able to track your package. Instead you will be issued a Customs Identification Number for your package. We apologize, but again you will not be able to track your package if your country is not located above. 

Q- Do You Accept Orders Shipping To APO/FPO/DPO or PO Box Addresses? 

A.Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service. 

Q- Can you lower the value of my package and send as a gift? 

A. As much as we want to, we aren’t able to lower the value of a package for any reason. Import fees are not part of shipping & handling and you will need to pay those fees upon receipt of the package. If you choose not to pay the import fees then your package will be returned to Yalmeh. 

Q- Do you offer shipping insurance? 

A. We do not currently offer insurance for our packages. USPS may have shipping insurance available for an additional fee. 

Q- Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card?

This is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. We have used government approved encryption software. Q-  What do I do if my package does not get to me by the estimated delivery date? 

A: Carriers often provide an estimated delivery date to show when a package is projected for delivery. These estimates often change depending on current weather or road conditions.Please make sure to check the tracking number often to make sure that it is moving. If you still have not received your package after a week from the estimated delivery date, please let us know by contacting  Support@YalmehNaturals.com.

Q- Tracking shows that my package has been delivered but I did not receive it. 

If your tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please try the following: Checking around the yard/house. Checking with neighbors. Checking with the carrier. Often times carriers will leave packages in places where they think will be safest. (ie. Inside an open garage, besides a bush, etc.)Sometimes deliveries may be made to the wrong location. (ie. Down the street, next door, etc.) If the above does not help locate your package, please try contacting the carrier or contact us 24/7  at Support@YalmehNaturals.com Carriers may update a tracking number in advance of the day that it is projected for delivery.

Q- How do I change or cancel my order? 

A. Please contact us within 1 hour of order placement via our 24/7 Email support team Support@YalmehNaturals.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order.

Q- What types of payments are accepted?
