Q: I have very oily, acne sensitive skin; is this product good for specific skin types or all?
A: It is great for all skin types.
Q: Can I make my own serums at home?
A. Serums are only effective on the skin if they're cold processed. If not done correctly, the mixture won't be as effective as a true serum made for the skin. You must also be careful when calculating the mixtures to know the correct amount of ingredients. If you use too much or too little of something you risk the opposite effect, which can actually dry your skin rather than provide moisturization, as the mixture would be too weak or too potent. Also, serums are molecularly designed to penetrate deep into the dermis of your skin...beyond the epidermis (the first few layers of skin). A homemade mixture will merely sit on the surface of the skin, and do very little to help moisturize or combat the signs of aging.
Q: Does this contain hydroquinone?
A: No
Q: In what order should I be applying my other skin care products with my serums?
A. Cleanse Skin
Exfoliate Skin, pat dry.
Tone skin, allow to dry.
Apply a thin layer of serum, allow to dry.
Moisturize skin.
Q: When should I use this serum before or after my toner?
A: After your toner.
Q: Does it have any parabens in it?

A: If you use it twice a day it should last for one month.
Q: How quickly should I be seeing results with the HA and Vitamin C Serums?
A. The effects you should be seeing at 2-3 weeks is a better texture, tone, glow, with a more moisturized and plump feeling to the skin. Skin care products can take at least a month to start showing any results, and if the skin is more mature then it will take longer. These serums also stimulate collagen growth over time, with age and skin conditions playing a factor as to how quickly you will see those changes. Your skin did not become damaged and age overnight, therefore, your skin care products will not correct these issues overnight.

Q: When using both the Vitamin C Serum and Hyaluronic Acid Serum, should I use both at the same time or one in the morning and one in the evening?
A. Yes, you are supposed to use both serums at the same time, however, do not mix them in the palm of your hand. After cleansing and exfoliating the skin, (exfoliation is to be done at least twice a week), you will apply the Vitamin C Serum first, and allow to dry for several minutes. Next, apply the Hyaluronic Acid Serum and allow to dry for several minutes, and lastly apply your moisturizer and eye treatment. Also, nighttime is the best time for use, as skin repairs itself while you sleep.
Q: Can it be used underneath my eyes for bag and puffiness?
A: Yes
Q: Should I be using your serums in the morning or at night?
A: You may apply our serums both morning and evening if you wish. Just make sure your skin is clean and exfoliated before applying. However, those with sensitive skin should only start out using once a day, which should be nighttime. Your skin heals itself during sleep, therefore, serums should always be used before bedtime.
Q: Does this serum have any scent?
A: No, it is odorless
Q: How much serum should I use?
A. It's important to note that our serums are potent and can dry out the skin if too much is used. Just a thin layer is all that's needed.
Q:How often should I exfoliate?
A. Depending on your age, you should be exfoliating 2-3 times a week (younger skin needing less exfoliating than more mature skin.)
Q: How do I apply it ?Should I dispensing the serum onto a cotton pad , or just onto my hands and then apply?

Q: What is MSM?
A. MSM or Methylsulfonylmethane is found naturally in primitive plants, is present in small amounts in many foods and beverages, and is marketed as a dietary and beauty supplement. It's a nutrient that is found in well known superfoods such as broccoli, cabbage and brussel sprouts. All of us here at Yalmeh Naturals love this ingredient for many reasons, but mostly because of its anti-inflammatory effects. It's also great for helping skin cells retain their pliability and flexibility. In addition it makes the skin smoother and more hydrated.
Q. Are there any animal products used in this serum?
A. There are no animal products used in this serum or any of other Yalmeh Naturals. The ingredients in the serum are 100% plant based.
Q. Is this serum only for women?
A. This product was designed with all skin type in mind, because of this it would work as well for men as for women. After all, problems with the skin occur in both sexes, not just one.
Q-What is the expiration date for this product?
A. Cosmetics and skin care products do not have set expiration dates, as these will vary by when the product is opened, how the product is used, and how it is stored. Thus, skin care products bear what is known as the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol.
You will find our PAO labels at the lower left of the reverse-side of the packaging. For most of our products, they are stable 3 years unopened, and 12 to 24 months after opening.
However, when storing your serum you do need to make sure it remains in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Also, make sure you leave the dropper closed tightly.
Q. Does this serum contain caffeine?
A.It does not contain caffeine
Q: Why does your Vitamin C serum not tingle?
A. The tingling feeling some serums provide doesn't necessarily come from the Vitamin C nor does a tingling feel mean that the Vitamin C is more potent. Our Vitamin C serum is mixed with the most effective ingredients on the market. We choose to use an aloe base instead of water, and never add any alcohol (as most competitors use). This is why our Vitamin C goes on so smoothly, yet penetrates deep into your dermis to provide maximum benefits, without stinging or tingling.
Q. Can it be used on the eye lid?
A. You can put it on your finger and go over the whole eye area...lids, underneath etc.

A . It shouldn't be an issue if it accidentally gets in the eye, however, you may want to flush with water just in case.

Q-My product doesn't smell or look like it used to. What happened?
A. The integrity of our products is very important to us and with each batch (and even throughout the use of the product once opened), the color and/or smell of our products can vary slightly. This is due to the variety of natural ingredients and antioxidants in each of our formulas, and that we do not add any artificial colorants or fragrances to maintain consistent colors or scents. Artificial fragrance is a proven irritant for the skin, so using this type of ingredient would render the rest of the formula almost useless. While variances can occur in the color or smell of our products, it doesn't necessarily mean that the product has become any less effective or has expired.

Q. Can you lower the value of my package and send as a gift?
A. As much as we want to, we aren’t able to lower the value of a package for any reason. Import fees are not part of shipping & handling and you will need to pay those fees upon receipt of the package. If you choose not to pay the import fees then your package will be returned to Yalmeh.

What do I do if my package does not get to me by the estimated delivery date?
Carriers often provide an estimated delivery date to show when a package is projected for delivery. These estimates often change depending on current weather or road conditions.Please make sure to check the tracking number often to make sure that it is moving. If you still have not received your package after a week from the estimated delivery date, please let us know by contacting Support@YalmehNaturals.com Tracking shows that my package has been delivered but I did not receive it.
If your tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please try the following:

Often times carriers will leave packages in places where they think will be safest. (ie. Inside an open garage, besides a bush, etc.)Sometimes deliveries may be made to the wrong location. (ie.
